Who We Are

We are a group of Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, and Strength and Conditioning Specialists dedicated to decreasing the rate of UCL injuries while increasing awareness of prevention strategies.

We noticed a problem...

With the increase of travel teams, pitching coaches, and games for athletes to play; there has also been a large increase in Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL) injuries among non-professional and professional athletes. There is a lack of appropriate resources for throwing and overhead athletes to go in order to prevent these career altering injuries. We have made it easy to increase your throwing velocity while protecting your elbow and shoulder.
